Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

Q: What is made-to-measure or bespoke clothing?
Most of the clothes that are available online can be ordered based on your size. We do made-to-measure by taking your personal sizes and deliver by 14 to 20 business days.​

Q: Can I order anything right away?
Yes, you may buy mostly all items online right away. What is only made as per bespoke, will be mentioned as "pre-order".

Q: How should I wash my items?
All of our fabrics have gone through shrink tests. Our products are yarn dyed and 99% of the time do not bleed colors. We recommend handwashing your items.

Q: Where are your items produced?
All of our fabrics are sourced from the best mill of India and made with European Yarn. Clothing silhouettes belong to vintage clothes of international brands such as Prada, Marni, Stella McCartney, Chloe, Miu Miu, etc sourced from Manhattan, New York and London.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- No, we do not accept. Everything is final sale.

Q. Will I be charged customs?
No. All duties and taxes guaranteed at checkout. No extra charges.

Q. Do you have a shop, or where can we see and try on the designs?
We keep all of our products in our office at lower parel west, Mumbai. Please call on 9820891040 to schedule a visit.​

Q. Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?
All items in your order will be shipped in one package to reduce shipping costs.

Q: Can I modify an order once I've placed it?
Due to our volume, we can't promise that we will be able to modify your order. Please email polkalinen@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard domestic shipments typically take 4-5 business days to arrive. For international orders, 15-25 business days.

Q. Will certain items ever be restocked?
We do not restock old items unless they are in high demand. Once we release something, we typically don’t release it ever again. To be notified of any restocks, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage or subscribe to back in stock notifications on the product page.
